Don't use Termux for Ubuntu !!! | Use this instead

Hello friends, In this blog we will see alternative to install Ubuntu on Android but without using Termux and without root also.

Official way to install Ubuntu with termux is proot-distro, but proot-distro only has Ubuntu version 22 which is not stable, So I used Userland which has Ubuntu with version 20 and work fine even with GUI.

Prerequisite

Userland
VNC viewer

Installation

Just open Userland app and click on Ubuntu and choose Terminal when it asks for connection type.

Once Installation finished it will be see a terminal like interface, You are done with installing Ubuntu, but it doesn't has GUI, so execute following to install it.

sudo apt update && sudo apt install wget -y && wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/EXALAB/Anlinux-Resources/master/Scripts/DesktopEnvironment/Apt/Xfce4/de-apt-xfce4.sh --no-check-certificate && sudo bash de-apt-xfce4.sh

After installation is finished, It will ask you to create VNC password just create it and Open VNC viewer app and create a connection with localhost:1 and connect to it and enjoy GUI of Ubuntu.
